What is and What is Next

(A family from Syria: Maher, Muhammed, and their little sister Aaliyah. Open and receptive to the Gospel. Please pray for them.)

TOO LONG

It's been several months since my last newsletter, I apologize. Since working full-time here in Atlanta and trying to do life and ministry I have failed to keep all of you updated. This season of life focusing on paying off debt while trying to do ministry has taught me a lot. I look forward to updating you guys once a week for the next several weeks.

This family pictured above are the ones I have poured into most since being in Clarkston. I am not the only one who has been sharing the love of Christ with them as spent more time with them I found out multiple people in the community were sharing with them. We have had late night discussions about the cross of Christ and what it means and other times we just went out too watch soccer or play pool, apparently Syrians really like pool. They are seeking truth and love as they ask really good questions. I am confident as I move forward they will not be forgotten as the body of Christ has already surrounded them!

Moving Forward...Dubai, Europe, and Indiana.

On August 12th I will depart for Dubai to kick off my first vision trip to the Middle East to see if it could be a place for me to move to. After a week in Dubai I will head to Eastern Europe where I will attend a gathering of ministry teams from all over the North Africa Middle East region. This will be a great opportunity for me to meet them all in one place and see what teams the Lord leads me towards. Then I will head to the Czech Republic to see the work of the ministry a dear friend of mine is partaking in.

After living life in Clarkston, Georgia for the past year I have decided to move back to home to Evansville, Indiana come this September. This was not an easy decision but I know this is where the Lord is leading me in the mean time before I make the transition over seas. I will share more about this next week.

Pray

  • Pray as I prepare for my trip to Dubai, that God would give me the connections I need to make.

  • Pray for the Father to place His Spirit into the hearts of my friends Maher, Muhammed, and Aaliyah.

  • Pray I am diligent and wise with the remainder of the time I have here in Clarkston.
